I didn’t know much about the cleaning process, but I knew exactly how to act with customers, and I knew that they weren’t providing a real service. I was trying to educate myself to give the best service to MY customers. I worked there for a couple of months and realized that I could fix all of their mistakes and provide a much better service. That's how I got the idea to create my own company. Tim's Cleaning for now looks exactly how I want it to and I’m glad that I can provide a really high-quality service for MY customers.
